Fairfax county public school employee annual salary increase rate?

Anyone here work for Fairfax county public school system? Do you know what is the annually salary increase rate for the employee?

Increases come two way. There is a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) that applies to all employees, and there is a step increase that starts out annually. (It gets longer between steps as you get to the end.)

There is no automatic COLA. It is determined each year, and lean years for the county and the state can lead to lower increases for school employees. The steps stay the same, however, and they are in the chart I gave as a link when I responded to your earlier question.
