Has anyone reveived a New York state tax refund for their 2007 taxes?

I e-filed my NY return early in February, and I finally received my refund by direct deposit during the first week in April. You are definitely not alone in having to wait a very long time while NY state scrapes together your refund money.

From the tone of similar posts here, I'd say that Eliot spent all of the tax refund money on whores.

Seriously though, NY has a terrible record for getting tax refunds out to her taxpayers. If you're sick of it, move to MO! 2 to 3 day turnaround is common, and a week is SLOW!
