If i owe state taxes in mi. and didnt file april 15th what will happen? Get your taxes filed,you will have to pay the taxes plus penalties and interest. You will be given a a late payment fine, the amount goes up for everyday your late. So i'd payup quick if I were you. Thats called tax evasion and it is a felony. Just hope you dont owe any money. |
