Can I still file my taxes for 2007 after the April 15th deadline?

I have yet to receive my W-2/W-4 for my taxes causing me not to file my 2007 taxes. Will I be able to file and how can I get copies of my W-2's / W-4's?

Yes-if you are due a refund, there is no need to worry. However, if you owe, better ask for an extension (form 4868).

Although I have not used this, there is a website that may be able to reprint your w-2's

Yes you still can file, and if you made enough to be required to, you have to. If you're just filing for a refund, you'll get it.

Have you called your employer and asked where your W-2 is? If you've already done that and they haven't sent it, call the IRS.
