Tax rebates to students? |
I am 17 years old and have a job so I filed a tax return for 2007. I know that the tax rebates are $1200 for couples and $300 per child. But because I am 17, my parents don't get $300 for me. So do I get a tax rebate? And if so, do I get $300 or $600? You don't get one if your parents claim you as a dependent. If your parents claimed you as a dependent, you won't get one. |
