I have a lot of medical bills and I am worried that they can garnish my tax refund. Can they? I'm worried. |
I am in the state of Utah, and they can garnish your wages for it. I do know that much. I am unsure if they can take my tax return though. They have not started any garnishments though. They cannot attach your tax refund for a private judgement.
