Is it true that we don't need to pay Federal tax ; and federal tax is not constitutional? i just saw Zeitgeist |
is the movie for real? The United States Constitution (The ultimate source!) We are required to pay federal tax. Federal tax is Constitutional. I did not see the movie, so I do not know if the movie is real. If it said "that we don't need to pay Federal tax ; and federal tax is not constitutional", then it is not for real. not true at all - just ask Wesley Snipes and others that have refused to pay taxes. They end up with hefty fines, their pay garnished and possibly even jail time. Not only can you elect not to pay taxes, but the Government Will provide you with FREE room and board. Federal income tax laws were adopted in 1913 as a constitutional amendment. The constitution is amended by the Congress and Senate and signed by the President. If a person doesn't pay taxes they can be charged with tax evasion. Please forget that pile of horse dung! It has a minimalist value as a satirical comedy but is no more factual than The Wizard of Oz. no...you don't have to pay federal taxes. just be prepared to PAY the consequences. if we didn't pay, who would support all of the non-working losers that ride the system????? I have not seen the movie but yes you do have to pay your taxes that is one of price we pay for living in this great land.If you don't pay you can go to jail. |
