My ytd IS 13,826 i'm claiming 2 DEPENDENTS ONE 2 ANOTHER 3 HOW MUCH WILL MY TAX REFUND FILE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD

I'M FILING HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD

Like everyone said $4,716 is the EIC you will be receiving plus whatever you paid into the federal withholding.

HOWEVER you probably don't need the HoH status. Your tax liability will be low enough with out it. But if no one else can claim HoH then don't worry about it.

One person said something about getting an additional child tax credit. She made to little to get anything back for that. She can claim the 2 kids on the child tax credit just wont get anything additional back. (just from past experiences)

you need to buy turbo tax it does most of the work for you

Impossible to say because you don't say how much was deducted and already paid. However, your tax liability should be zero if you file as head of household and claim three exemptions. In that case you will get a full refund.

Your tax return will be very simple and you can file it yourself with no investment in a service or software.

list your salary on page 1 of the 1040, go to page 2, deduct the standard head of household deduction, then deduct three exemptions. The result will be a negative number and no tax liability. A very simple one page tax return.

Assuming that your dependents qualify under the Qualifying Child rules -- if they're your natural children they almost certainly will -- you should receive a refund of all Federal income taxes withheld PLUS an EIC payment of $4,716.

You won't owe any income tax, so if you had anything withheld for federal income tax, you'll get that all back. You will also get an Earned Income Credit of $4716, plus something for additional child tax credit.

IS tHERE SOMethING wRONG WItH YOUr kEYBOARd???

I don't know how much your tax refund will be because I have no idea houw much tax was withheld from your paychecks.

However, if you are able to file Head of Household and are claiming 2 personal exemptions, then you should have a tax liability of zero.
