Sounds like a wage garnishment to me.

Anyone sue you lately?

Sounds like your wages have been garnished - you should have been aware of it if that happened. If you don't know who would have garnished your wages and why, check with your payroll department, or your employer if you don't have a payroll department.

Your wages are being garnished. You should have been notified before it started, but if you don't open your mail or are avoiding the notice then they may have put it on anyway. Did you default on something? Do you owe child support? Back taxes? Check with your payroll and find out who is doing it. If you dispute it or the payroll dept cannot provide proof that they were ordered by the court to garnish you may be entitled to get it back, but that's unlikely.
