Even though you may not be required to file taxes, hopefully you did. Because if you want to get your tax withholdings return you have to file a return. You can only claim three years worth. Do not forget your state taxes either.

I'm afraid not, as income averaging was done away with a number of years ago.

The only income averaging left deals with pensions, farmers and fishermen. Otherwise, each year stands on it's own.

No, Income Averaging was tossed about 2 decades ago.

No, just use the amount you earned from Jan 1, 2007 to Dec. 31, 2007
