Hi We are in the Uk not the US Tax office policy is to reply within 28 days. This is a busy time of year, could take another couple of weeks. This website will answer all your questions! Rebates are given out depending on the last two numbers of your soc. You have to keep bugging them otherise they are just gonna drag their feet. I'm going to be in a similar situation and i've been told that once i send off the forms and not heard anything for a couple of weeks then i need to keep ringing them and chasing them up.
