Employer Refusing to pay what is owed?


Hey guys, Myself and one other person were working for a new start up company. We were supposed to get paid on the 20th of last moth for a full months of work. We have only received 475.00 , We are owed a lot more. We were told today that we will get paid if we come back to work. I don't know what to do. I have been very paitient so far and now am very worried because we are loosing everything because of it. Please help me....
