Redundency rights Help!? |
I have recently been made redundant. I have worked for the company for 5 years - 4 years full time and after having my daughter i returned part time. - Can anyone tell me how my entitlement will work as i have been told that although i did work full time my redundency will be based on me working part time. gutted.
