Can u get a copy of ur P45 from the tax office? |
above^ No. Either employer won't have sent it in, but if he has, they are destroyed after records noted. You should have kept part 1A. Why do you need it? If for new job, will be out of date, as cut-off date was 05/04/08, and new employer can't use after that. You then have to ask new employer to prepare form P46, which you sign if that is your only job. its not possible to get a duplicate p45 if the original one issued is lost. if u dont have one and a new employer is asking for one they should give u a p46 to fill in i am sure you can get it also from your work place. I got mine from my employer. Got to them and ask for it. They are surely to know as if they don't have it on them; they will tell you to get it from tax office. I'm sure you can |
