Is walting county bank exist in uk?

i have received a mail stating that i have won a lottery.they want me to pay the tax charge.so help me to know that is is true or fraud.its uk national lottery.

Dnt trust all these fraudulent mails..

you have to enter uk lottery before you can win anything.....if you have not entered..how can you win?......its a scam...do not part with your hard earned money...and NEVER send money by Western Union for this purpose.....

Scam. Delete it, don't even try to reply.

It's a fraud. That's a very common email to get - don't send them anything, you didn't win anything and they'll just take whatever you send.
