Will I have to pay import duty?

I want to buy a watch online from the US, which is going to cost me $319, or $363 including shipping and insurance (equivalent to 拢179 sterling). What's the likelihood that I'll have to pay import duty on it, and if so, how much?

P.S. I can't buy the exact same model in the UK ANYWHERE!!

The standard rate of customs duty on watches is 4.5%. You will also have to pay VAT at 17.5% on the total amount including duty. So, on the information given, duty and VAT will be about 拢40.
