Paid too much?

can i get sacked if ive been paid to much and if they realise i will come to an arrangement to pay it back do they have the right to sack me.

Why would they sack you for their error?
No they can't sack you. However if they have overpaid you they can deduct the overpayment from future earnings.
Try and reach an amicable agreement.
