Have i been paid to much? |
i ve just received my first pay on mat leave but i ve been paid for working and smp, ive been told i dont get smp in advance and i worked right up to the 4th week before childbirth. have i been overpaid and they havent realised sometimes i can be to honest and regret i im just scared that il be short next month or something and dont want to lose my job when i go back, my bf thinks i should just leave it ENJOY WITH YOUR EXTRA MONEY!! maybe. oh well, Lol why on earth are you complaining about being paid too much?! I'd understand if you'd been under-paid... The besst thing to do is to go back and se your wage clerk, to go through your payslip and get a breakdown of everything on your payslip. i would ask you work cause if you have they will claw it all back in one go Don't spend it, just in case they deduct it from the next pay cheque. if your worried, dont spend the money. keep it in the bank in case they ask for it back. You need it at Christmas. Could have included back pay. Probably not, as from the date you left you will have started getting smp so it will appear on your payslip along with your normal pay for that month! |
