Contribution based jsa? |
can i work out myself if i am entitled to contribution based jsa? due to illness i was on incapacity benefit for 18 months prior to that i worked full time for 32 years.my IB claim has now ceased and that is why i ask. it just means that if you have paid NI fore more than 12 months before your new claim you will get a bit more money, than if you haven't. The main criteria is you must have paid national insurance stamp for the last two full tax years Apr 2005 to Apr 2007 inclusive Have a look at www.dwp.gov.uk think that might help |
