Where I can claim when somebody didn't pay me a work ?

I worked in a film as an extra through an agency , but two months have elapsed and they heve not made payment

I writed and phoned them , but I didn' receive answer.

Write them a letter stating very clearly the facts, i.e., when you worked, for how long, making the point that they contacted you asking you to work.

Send this letter via Recorded Delivery - the Post Office will help you here.

If this does not get a result then to to the Small Claims Court at your local County Court and file a claim against the company. The people at the Court will help you. You must keep a copy of the letter you send to the company.

I have done some extra work, I missed out on the payment once, because the paperwork didn't have my name on - I was a last minute substitute for this one.

I don't remember how the payment worked on the last film, but I am sure I got cash from the film crew whilst still on the location.
