I have been paid under the table all this year.?

I am seperated, what do i do for my taxes? What forms do i fill out and I have a daughter to claim as well? Also what do I have to show It has all been cash?

For everyones info I take care of my daughter and i report to the courts what i had made. Her father didn't help me....... So if you don't know a positive answer to me question please don't anwser.... To those that did Thank you and I will be going to an accountant...... And You do what you can to take care of your own......

shhhhh!

Talk to an accountant. Taxes should have been taken out all during the year.

You should visit the IRS website to find out about the formulary, and some others question you may have. Here it is.....hope it can help.

damn... if you put all the income you made on your tax form they are going to tax you on it and you will acutally lose money. jsut claim part of it (25% of the anually income) and claim your dependents so you can get the child credit and the earned income credit if you qualify.

Claim unemployment

your going to jail....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not..hah jk
no man just go to an accountant and see what he or she says ...it will be all good man dont worry about it.

You are a low life. You probly get paid that way so the courts wont know how much you make. You probly have joint custody of your daughter so you wont have to pay child support. You should be paying quarterly taxes and self employment taxes on your earnings, cash or not. You will probly get away with it, though. My ex does. And lives the good life on what he shows as $00 income on his taxes, and to the courts.
