If you get caught by customs? |
say you get caught by customs and they make u pay the 20 percent thing than the vat, do you HAVE to pay them there and then or can you pay at a later stage by telephone or something like that Think you have to pay immediatley or the goods are confiscated. they will hold the goods till payment is recieved ,but there is a time limit .3 months i think There and then, with cash or card. They will hold it for you for a period and charge you for that too. The Customs detains goods and on payment of taxes in stipulated period they release the same. Yes you do otherwise the lot is confiscated. |
