Does Royal mail pay out for breakages if the item was sent as standard 1st class? They will pay up to 拢30 ONLY. I think not , but speak to customer services Royal Mail No not unless the item was insured. They may give ex gratia payment for anything damaged in the post. Nope, they will send you round in circles, and finally tell you that you should have sent it special delivery, with insurance. but it's worth a try. go to the post office and get a claims form. |
