Can overseas assets/own business affect pension credit paid in the UK? |
Pension credit paid on the basis UK pension income only. Partner has ILR (forged marriage certificate and forged letters of support) used these to gain NI number under false married name. Owns two properties in UK and overseas business plus offshore accounts. Report them to the HMRC .. you might qualify for a reward :-) Of course it would affect their pension credit. It is fraud. |
