Reapply for a job after rejected? |
About 6-9 months ago I interviewed with a company I really liked but ultimately didn't get the job. I checked their website recently and the job was still posted. it won't hurt to re-establish contact. typically firms will keep a resume and interview summaries on file so it may be a long shot but if its a company you really want to work for reach out! I say go for it! That shows determination and character and this time you'll be prepared for those technical questions. You sound like an intelligent man so....go show 'em what you've got! Definitely do it. The worst they are going to say is NO. You are more developed since your last interview and reapplying shows persistence and character. I would contact them again, let them know what you've accomplished since you last spoke to them and ask if you could come in for a quick 30 minute discussion about the position. That should give you the answer you need. |
