Will i still get a stimulus rebate if i didnt get a mailer? |
i qualify for it made 7650 last year and im 23 not a Dependant so why didnt i get one..does this mean im not??? thhhank you guys...i tried calling the irs but you know that went no where thanks now im excited lol If you filed a return this year you should get the rebate. If you didn't file a return last year or were a dependent you didn't get the mailer probably because of that. The IRS Rebate packet was sent for informational purposes only. Those that did receive one, may still not qualify for the rebate. If you didn't file a 2006 tax return OR if you moved since you did and didn't notify the IRS of your new address then you wouldn't get the mailing. However that has nothing to do with whether or not you're qualified for the rebate. From your numbers, you should get $300. yes u will get the rebate,i got the letter but don't qualify.i got letter b/c i filed in 2007 and that's what they are sending the letters based off of.in order to get rebate though it has nothing to do with last year but everything to do with this year so u will be fine.DON'T PANIC! NOPE, doesn't mean you won't get it. When you filed your income tax on or before April 15th, you were automatically placed on the Stimulus Rebate Check Mailing List. Yea! |
