Does this fall under "use tax"?

lol... well, "sales and use" is a tax on items we bought out of state (thus did not pay out-of-state sales tax) and transport to use into our home state. I can't say I understand the reasoning behind normal sales tax, so I REALLY don't understand this one, or how it applies in sticky situations... hmm...

Depends on where you live and if the company you dealt with has a physical presence in your state. Better check your receipt or go on line and see if the company says it charges tax.
