Which W-2 Form do I file?

I live in Arizona. My employer messed up on one of my W-2's and sent me a W-2C (Corrected W-2) do I mail in the original and the Corrected W-2 to my local State Tax office or do I just send them my W-2C?

Destroy the original W-2 and only use the W-2C.
