Illinois taxable sales mail order/Online transaction ?

Can anyone tell me if Illinois requires their residents pay sales tax on S&H in conjuction with mail ord/Online transactions?

Keep in mind I am fully aware that Illinois ratified it's sales tax laws to include mail ord/online purchases. That is not what is in question here.

No state in the country requires S&H to be taxed as it a service and not a commodity.
