What countries do not tax pension income?

I will be retiring in one year.
I have heard some forghen counties do not tax pention income

If you are a US citizen you will still need to pay US income tax regardless of what country you go to.

Ireland does not tax foreign income.

Doesn't matter. If you're a US citizen you'll pay US taxes on it regardless of where you live. Bahrain, UAE, and Monaco have no income taxes. Good luck surviving in any of those places on a typical US pension, however. And getting a resident visa will take a substantial investment on your part, typically in the millions for each of those places. (And you may have to convert to Islam in Bahrain or the UAE to get a permanent resident visa.)
