New company payroll taxes. what is UT Acct #, and where do I get it? |
i'm trying to set up payroll tax info into bank of america for them to electronically file my payroll. They want the UT #. I don't know what that is and BOA is closed today and tomorrow. Unemployment tax, or if you possibly live in Utah, it could be your Utah state account number, for filing state taxes. It's the Unemployment Tax ID the Fed's gave you - usually it's the same "38-xxxx" number (I know, it's not always 38 anymore). Presuming you in Utah, they want your ID number from the Utah Tax Commission. |
