30% tax Netherlands example?

I would like to understand the 30% tax better with an example.

Let's say I am suppose to get 55,000 a year, and I am eligible for 30% tax law, so for the rest of the 70% which is 38500 I pay 42% tax or 52% tax?

Hm, don't understand your question either. I can say that if you earn 55000 EUR a year, 52% will go to the IRS (if your income is between 31.122 and 53.064 it will be 42%). This is the case when the income is derived from labour.

Your question is garbled
