What is the difference between Fiscal Deficit and Revenue Deficit with regard to budgetting?

While presenting the annual budgets of any country their Finance Ministers used to point out the fiscal deficit and revenue deficit. what is their main difference

Time-line

This is typical political and bureaucratic double-speak. Fiscal means financial. A fiscal deficit is the same exact thing as a revenue deficit. If revenues are not high enough to pay all costs, you have a deficit. Simple as.
