Who finds Taxation Law fun? |
Who finds Taxation Law fun? In a mental stimulating way it is kind of fun to find loop holes and wade through the process of endless senarios trying to come to a bottom line in tax liabilities. It makes you feel like an important part of commerce and being an intrical part of what makes this world tick and function. Tax law is fun because it so challenging and often incomprehensible - it's possibly the most difficult discipline in law because it is constantly changing. Why it constantly changes is the most fascinating aspect of it - i.e. what the political motivations behind the legislative changes are and how the judicial interpretations of the legislative intent can so often be in conflict with notions of fairness and common sense. Quite possibly, it is proof of aliens. |
