How can i widthraw my pf money from pervious employer without contacting them? You can't. You need to contact them to start the ball rolling. Sorry you can't do that without your previous employers assistance, If you approach the PF office directly then also you can't do it. There is a seal and signature is required from your previous office to submit your form. hgjhyhkjhjhkljlkjkhhhhhhhhhhhh... Atually ur pf will be credited only after a period of 2 months or above, from the day of ur resignition. u hav to wait atleast for 2 months. i dont think u can do without contacting ur previous employer. If u dont need the money right now thn u can just transfer ur pf to ur present job salary.thn ur pf will again continue to deduct from ur present salary. Employer can not hold the PF money once employee leaves the organization. The company will ask you to sign a PF transfer / withdrawl form and will send it to PF office for transfer to new employment or payment. You can either choose to get that money by way of Demand-draft/cheque or it can be directly credited to your bank account. Once you leave the company, they have to process this PF transfer / payment formality after 60 days from date of your resignation. But the form has to be processed by your employer. Direct withdrawls is not possible. Contact the account custodian. Many pension funds are managed by brokers so there's no need to contact the employer at all. Your periodic pension fund statements identify the account custodian; just contact them directly. If you haven't kept your records up to date and don't know who the custodian is then you'll have to contact the employer directly for that information. At this point of time you have no other option but to contact your previous employer to withdraw your PF. However soon the EPFO is going to introduce SSN which will be your unique identification number which will get rid of all this procedures as you can have only one account rather than transferring from one to another. |
