i cant really find anything much about it can you give me some information describing tax laws Assuming you might be in GB then Bookers, or Waterstones Bookshops have some good books explaining tax laws - I had one from penguin which was aimed at the normal consumer and covered everyday tax issues that the 'man on the street' might come across. what state? state tax law? federal tax law? income tax? sales tax? VAT? IHT? CGT? Road tax? Corporation Tax? If you mean in the UK try www.direct.gov.uk I'm presuming your in the UK? www.hmrc.gov.uk For what country? |

Hey, people, the IRS "code" is NOT LAW! It's just a bunch of rules and regulations that even the IRS bullies don't follow! And YES, the income tax IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONST... What country are you asking for? I would say the answer would have to be taxing farmers on income. If you tax them on their wealth (basically the land), they'd have to sell the land that... Sell something (anything) at a gain. You can offset gains against losses, and if you have a net gain, you will pay taxes on it, if you have a net loss, you can write off up to $3,000 per yea... What country? What state? Each state in the US has it's own sales tax, and some have none at all. I have attached a link to the states sales tax rates to hopefully help you. ... I will file on-line using a CPA. Reason being is that I work for a CPA/Tax Prep firm and can therefore do my own taxes using the firm's tax software for free.... What is the form of the business? C corp, S corp, partnership, sole proprietorship? That would impact what kind of federal tax. Do you have any employees? If so then you have payroll taxes t... Find other people in a similar business and ask them about their accountant. The really good ones are normally busy. If that is the problem watch the papers for new accountants coming to y...
