Tax Invaders? |
Where is the law that states a person is to comply to an income tax? Hey, people, the IRS "code" is NOT LAW! It's just a bunch of rules and regulations that even the IRS bullies don't follow! And YES, the income tax IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Source(s): Go to: www.thelawthatneverwas.com It's called the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It's called the Internal Revenue Code. If you're falling for that old saw that the income tax is either (a) voluntary, or (b) unconstitutional, well, you're just being silly. 'Some people believe with great fervor preposterous things that just happen to coincide with their self-interest. 鈥淭ax protesters鈥?have convinced themselves that wages are not income, that only gold is money, that the Sixteenth Amendment is unconstitutional, and so on. These beliefs all lead 鈥?so tax protesters think 鈥?to the elimination of their obligation to pay taxes.' Supreme Court in Coleman v. Commissioner, 791 F.2d 68, 69 (7th Cir. 1986). Title 26 - Internal Revenue Code Look it up......that is the actual law. Edit- 1) If you believe anything on that 1215.org, you need to see a shrink....and fast.... 2) You posted a video from Irwin Shiff? Do you know where he is right now? In prison for what will amout to be the rest of his life. He will probably die in federal custody. And why? Because he broke the law!! In the dictionary right next to "Tax Evasion". By the way, one gains a great deal more credibility if they can spell that which they claim to be knowledgeable about. Try not paying taxes and see what happens. |
