What method will you use to file your income taxes this year and why? |
I am conducting a small market research survey and would like to get a variety of responses from this question. Thanks for your cooperation. I will file on-line using a CPA. Reason being is that I work for a CPA/Tax Prep firm and can therefore do my own taxes using the firm's tax software for free. online..using the same service i used last year..it cost 10.00 bucks to have federal and state deposited within 10 days I will be using www.turbotax.com. I have used it the past two years and it was very easy. All of the information from the year before was in the system - I loved it. Use Tax Cut and e-file. Been e-filing since year one. Dumped Turbo Tax several years ago when they launched their ill-advised product activation that required you to buy a new copy if your hard drive failed. That's exactly what happened to me. They may have dumped product activation, but I'll never do business with Quicken again as a result of that bad business decision. Do my own, file online. I do my own using an Intuit product called ProSeries. I also work at a tax preparation service that uses proprietary software. |
