What is a tax ivasion? I'm assuming you mean tax evasion. That's where you try to do anything possible to avoid paying taxes. Tax evasion is doing something illegal to not pay taxes. You can be criminally charged, pay fines or go to jail. Tax AVOIDANCE is using legal means to minimize the taxes you pay. Doing something illegal to avoid paying tax that would otherwise be due. |
