Does somebaody who gets the Naturalization(american)a... then goes to live in another country has to pay taxes?

If someone gets the american citizenship but then goes to live in another country still needs to pay any kind of taxes to the IRS?

Sure, once you become a US citizen, you have to pay taxes to the IRS on your worldwide income, no matter where you live, unless you give up your citizenship. You can get a credit (either full or partial) from the IRS for taxes paid to another country on income.
If you are a US citizen, whether by birth or by naturalization, then yes, your worldwide income is subject to US income tax no matter where you live. If you are paying income taxes to a foreign country, you might be able to deduct those from what you owe in the US.
Once you are a US citizen your world wide income is subject to tax. You could have an exclusion if you are living and working outside the US for a period of time. The following link will take you to the instructions for the proper IRS form to file that exclusion. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i2555.pdf...
