Can you file a corporate tax return later then september 15th? if your corporation is due or ends like mine in march31 with three months to file. but if yours started in Jan. you can't change it. P.S. your tax person can file delayed return for a long time, but the catch is you have to pay estimated to not be fined. and they fine for everything. good luck! You can file it anytime you want. Its the penalties filing it late that will kill ya. Certainly, it all depends on when your tax year ends. C-corps have to file tax returns 2 1/2 months after end of tax year. S-corps 3 1/2 months after end of tax year. And then of course, there's always extensions. |
