Many rich r evading taxes by sending money 2 tax havens, if they didnt would they invest less money in charity

I would like to find out your opinions on tax havens, if you think that the rich pay more to charities because they pay less taxes and if you think by investing money in charities it makes it ok for the rich to invest in tax havens and therefore save on taxes

A lot of the rich don't believe in charities. Fortunately some do (Bill Gates, Warren Buffett), but many of the rich are only concerned with getting richer and paying less in taxes. Therefore, the more they send to tax havens, and the less they have to pay in taxes, doesn't mean the more they'll give to charities.
You might have an inflated idea on how many of "the rich" send their money off to tax havens.
I spend all of my wealth foolishly on my employees. then when i feeling really wild, I'll pay my taxes. Othertimes I feel like dodgin ' the risk and put some of my money in my salary and saving it and paying my mortgage.
