I am Want to purchase 4 HVAC Units. Is 18,000 a fair price for 3 of the units?

I was quoted for replace 2 existing heat pumps and 1 regular unit, the price was 18,000.00. My wife was told we could possible get our fourth unit replaced also for that price. The fourth is a regular HVAC unit, no heat pump. The units are all 14 seer units, no duct work changes, no major electric changes. Any comments would be appreciated.

I should have added all units are 3 ton amana/goodman units with a 10 year warranty!

I would think taking several bids from several suppliers of this type of unit would be your most informative method of finding the best price.
