What jobs can a 16 year olds get?

any jobs with flexible hours so i can juggle school and friends and homework.?

When I was 15 my first job was Steak N' Shake.
They are open 24/7 so I was allowed to get really flexible hours.

Resturants, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target. etc.

However the BEST place to work is Walgreens.
Because the hours are flexible, the working conditions are excellent. After 5 years you will be fully vested. (money for college)

16 year olds start with small crappy jobs some places that hire teens are fast food restaurants and super markets they always need baggers lol

Working at the mall is always a good idea. If you work on weekdays, it's not too busy, so you can do homework during the down- time. Also, you see people you know that you don't see too often. You can see old friends, and there's lots of good people watching. They are used to having teenagers work, so the places that you could work would be understanding of hours. They would help you schedule around exams and birthdays and other important things in your life.

Get a job at a close friends business or if your dad or mom has a business, you could be a part time baby sitter, that is pretty much it if you want a stress free job.

Summer is coming, so start applying at local pools and parks. If you can lifeguard, great, but there is also a need for concessions workers and park maintenance (trash control, lawnwork, etc.)

Wal-mart is always looking for high schooler to work as cart pushers. Certain drug stores such as CVS or Rite Aid also look for part time cashiers.

Any place that has a minimum age of 16 and don't stay open or require work passed 9:00 pm are good places to look.

hey im 16 i work waitressing in a pub i no not the ultimate job lol but its money i do alot of shifts after college like 5pm til 9pm and i work sat and sun but i kinda miss out on being with mates and sometimes its really annoying when friends are partying and you have work!!

mostly fast food or carry out at a store

In most States you cannot be legally employed anywhere.
But you can offer personal services privately yourself:
Baby-sitting, dog-walking, garden care, shovelling snow, etc.
put some flyers up at the laundromat & supermarket.
Don't publish your age, gender, or address; just phone #.
Make sure your parents check out any customers.

if your school has a ROP, try there...its great for reference also once you reach 17yrs old and can work in a lot more places.

hmm .. as an elementary after school teacher for little kids

very few will hire you unless you have experience.

uh...chick-fil-a? some places hire at 14 there. they probably won't give you much hours because of your age.

You can work at McDonalds. Or at Restraunt near your home.
