Does anyone have info reguarding the ServeSafe test? |
i have a couple of days to study and i need all the info i could get to prepare myself. This is my first time taking the test and i want to be ready. make sure you know the temperatures foods need to be cook until, there are a lot of questions about those. Also, know the food danger zone, how often you need to take temperatures on a buffet, what temperature to heat leftovers to after they have been stored. Remember, store raw meats below all other foods in the cooler. Most of it is common sense like when to wash hands and things like that. |
