Hi my seller on ebay will not reaspond my 2 messages & to know if my payment arrived buy mail?

Hi I bought a item on ebay & it was $18.99. I send the seller a money order buy mail & it's been already 6 six days now. The seller is located in Indiana state. I send the seller 2 messages & no respond that my payment arrived buy mail. Yes the seller has 100% feedback & has been a member on ebay since Nov 13,03. What can I do???

It will depend what day of the week you mailed the payment, where you mailed it from and other factors.

Mail sent from most business addresses after 3pm do not get loaded until after midnight at the airport (it goes to a central processing station with mail from all over the city and outlying areas). Then there are hub stations where it is resorted according to the geographic zone the zip code falls into.

Wait, it gets better. If you mailed it from your home, it could be the next day before it leaves your state. And, if you mailed it on a Saturday or Sunday, add an extra day (don't ask why but that's how it works).

Not all areas have the exact same pickup times, so give it 10 business days to reach it's destination. Unless you're in the same city, it's going to take more time.

The seller probably receives more than your email about shipments and yours may be number 375 out of all the email that hits his/her in-box. Don't harass them by sending multiple emails - they probably have not received the money order as yet and have nothing to tell you.

Maybe the seller is a part time ebayer and doesn't check their ebay mail everyday. Give it a week, then if you don't hear anything, file a claim with ebay. I assume you have the receipt of the money order, so you may be able to get your money back.
