What licenses would you need if you are going to run your own deli?

I am planning to buy muy first deli business and i want to know which licenses would i need to receive and how can i receive them?

Most likely-
Sales Certificate - State Comptroller of Public Accounts
Health Certificate - City
Food Handlers Permit - City
There maybe others, you should check with the city clerks office, they will be able to help you.

we own a small restaurant and what we did to start it up was going to the city to get a business permit, then the city asked us to apply a city permit (we are in the right zone, so we didn't need to apply for zoning), then the city came to do
-building inspection
-fire inspection
-health inspection

once we got them then we could open up the restaurant. I think to open up a deli store will be pretty much the sam
