What to put for feedback on ebay?

I paid for an item14 days ago and still no feedback.The package was sent out 5 days late ,still dont have it,when they said they ship several days a week.The seller has a rating over 7400.I need to leave feedback on delivery time,doesnt look good here.What to do? Pissed about no pos feedback mostly for the fast pyt !I am new with only a few transactions worth several thousand dollars,this is the second time this happened.Just want to do the right thing in the future.Thanks

First to crazy-ey,if its only feedback,not HIV ,then he shouldnt get anal when i leave bad feedback,right? Fact is the post office confirmed the seller brought it to the post office on the 18th,I paid for it on the 11th,,big delay,I know the city and it could have been delivered there on the 14th easy!he said 2-5 days after pyt.He may be a single person or a huge company,either way,should have been sent on the 14th.Just feedback you say?You know what its all about .

Just make sure you get your stuff and get positive feedback. Contact the seller if you have to and urge immediate shipment or to ask for feedback.

Report your honest opinion of the seller when you leave feedback.

People like you on ebay get way too anal. I've had over 20,000 selling transactions as a seller and a lot of newbies fit your profile. The fact that you go on yahoo to ask what kind of feedback to give shows your dependent. Not independent, but dependent. Chill out. It's feedback, not an hiv test result.

(1) Sellers are not required to leave feedback. Neitther are buyers. Some sellers leave it right away, when buyer pays, other don't leave it all. Many, like myself, leave it when buyer does, as the transaction is not complete until the buyer indicates approval by first leaving positive fb.

(2) When you say "five days late" do you mean 5 days after you paid for it? That's a bit longer than I usually take, but it's not excessive. Some sellers are in remote areas where they cannot get to a post office or UPS office each day. This may be why the seller ships several days a week.

Also, a seller cannot be held responsible for slow delivery by the post office. Priority should be there within 3 days, but delivery like Media Mail could take 2,3 weeks. Even 1st class can take 10 days.

Did seller send this with Delivery Confirmation? If so, have him send you the USPS Delviry Confirm number, so you can see either when it was sent or when it was received in your area. UPS and FedEx always have a tracking number.

Give this a few more days. You can then contact ebay's dispute resolution to contact the seller for you.

If you wish, when you leave fb, you can rate his stars, like for speed of delivery. But be sure you're being fair - USPS may be at fault, not the seller.
