Organizational sturecture for an international business?

Business Help!

Basically, it depends on the kind of business, but the structure is the similar as a national business. Consider the following:

1.- If there is main office in a U.S. city and another office overseas. That is international. Both offices will have somewhat a similar structure, but one would be overseeing the other.

2.- However, the office can be in U.S., and sell through internet and have a logistics service provider in another country, deliver the goods. That is international also.
