How do I start a small local newspaper?!?

I really want to start a little paper in my community. I know exactly what I want to be in it...
But I don't know anything about the technical stuff. How do you fit all the little articles and pictures together? And how do I get multiple prints for them? How do I sell ads etc etc...I just need to know all the technical stuff.

You really need to take a journalism class to learn all that.
I know all of those things, but it would take forever to explain them to you.
I took a class and it took a year to learn it all and I'm still learning more everyday.
However, because newspapers are becoming less and less popular, I recommend you start a blog.
There would be no cost to you and you could update it whenever.
Try blogspot.com and read about how they pay you with adsense.
